Regular leaf pickup will begin the week of October 21st. If there is an abundance of leaves that fall prior to that date, pickup will start on an as needed basis. Leaves to be removed should be placed at the curb as indicated below.
- Leaves should be placed no further than 6 feet from the road.
- Where a ditch exists along the pavement edge, leaves should be placed beside, rather than in the ditch.
- Do not place leaves in the street, behind trees, mailboxes, blocking hydrants, or over rocks. Maintain a buffer zone of 6 feet from these obstructions.
- This is leaf collection only. Do not put sticks, branches, stones, mulch, leaf bags, flower pots, grass clippings, ornamental grass, garden debris, etc. in the leaf piles. Non leaf items in the mix will result in no pick up.
- The leaf runs it route several times per week, be patient we will get to you.
