VILLAGE OF WESTFIELD CENTER, OHIO
To the owners of cemetery lot: Section 3 , Lot 91-A (Gravesite # 1072) situated in the municipal cemetery, 6884 Greenwich Road , Village of Westfield Center, Ohio, their heirs and assigns, and, anyone claiming a right or interest therein: The Village of Westfield Center, Ohio has determined that the stated cemetery lots are unused as of June 1,2023. Notice is hereby given that the owner’s interest or rights in the cemetery lots will cease unless the owner, owner’s heirs, or anyone claiming an interest or right therein, responds to the Fiscal Officer of the Village of Westfield Center, 6701 Greenwich Road, P.O. Box 750, Westfield Center, Ohio 44251, by September 1, 2023 setting forth and proving their claim to the cemetery lot. In the event a claim is not proved by September 1, 2023, the Village of Westfield Center shall enter upon and retake title to said cemetery lot.
